Act 1 · Problem
Links break. Campaigns don't wait.
Every print ad, every QR code, every promotional piece points somewhere. When that somewhere changes, reprinting isn't an option.
Agencies manage dozens of clients. Each client has campaigns. Each campaign has collateral with links printed on physical materials, embedded in emails, encoded in QR codes. When the destination changes — a document updates, a landing page moves, a resource expires — the choices are bad: reprint everything, leave broken links in the wild, or scramble to set up redirects across scattered systems.

What's at stake
Broken links erode trust. Scattered tools erode efficiency. Missing data erodes decisions.
When a client's printed brochure links to a 404, that's their brand on the line. When click data lives in five different dashboards, nobody knows what's working. When the agency can't show ROI on print campaigns, print budgets get cut — not because print doesn't work, but because nobody can prove it does. The tools exist. They're just not built for the way agencies actually operate: multiple clients, multiple campaigns, multiple touchpoints, one place to manage it all.
Act 2 · Product
Meet ADAPTS
ADAPTS is a link management platform built for agencies. Create destinations, generate tracking links and QR codes, update the destination anytime — every link pointing to it updates automatically. Client buckets keep data segregated. Exports give you exactly what you need.
How it works
One destination, many links, zero reprints.
Start with a destination — any URL or document you want people to reach. ADAPTS gives you tracking links: short URLs with custom slugs, QR codes ready for print, each with its own metadata tags. When someone clicks, we record it. When the destination changes — new PDF version, new landing page, new resource — update it once. Every tracking link pointing to that destination automatically resolves to the new target. No redirects to configure, no links to update, no materials to reprint. The lifecycle is managed.
- Custom domains — your client's brand, not ours
- Metadata tags — campaign, medium, source, custom fields
- QR codes — generated, versioned, print-ready

Client segmentation
Every client in their own bucket.
Agencies serve multiple clients. Each client's data stays in their bucket — destinations, tracking links, click analytics, exports. No cross-contamination, no accidental exposure, no manual filtering. When you pull a report, you're pulling for that client. When you grant access, you're granting to that bucket. Privacy and data integrity by architecture.
How we're different
You've used Bitly, Rebrandly, or rolled your own. Here's what changes.
| Bitly / Rebrandly | Roll-your-own redirects | Spreadsheet tracking | ADAPTS | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Destination lifecycle management | No — link = destination | Manual redirect updates | No | Native — update once |
| Multi-client data isolation | Workspace sprawl | Per-client infra | Tabs/sheets | Built-in buckets |
| Custom metadata per link | Limited | DIY | Manual entry | Structured fields |
| QR code generation + versioning | Basic | Separate tool | No | Integrated, print-ready |
| Granular export by scope | Plan-gated | Custom queries | Filter columns | Any granularity, any client |
Consumer link shorteners weren't built for agency workflows. They assume one link equals one destination, forever. ADAPTS assumes destinations change and your printed materials shouldn't have to.

Act 3 · Result
What you can now do
Three capabilities every agency gets on day one.
Outcome 01
Print links that never break.
Create a tracking link for print, put it on 10,000 brochures, then update the destination six months later. The brochures still work. The QR codes still scan. Zero reprints.
Outcome 02
Keep client data completely separate.
Every client lives in their own bucket. Their destinations, their links, their click data, their exports. No accidental cross-pollination, no filtering by hand, no privacy concerns.
Outcome 03
Export exactly what you need.
Pull click data by client, by campaign, by link, by date range, by custom metadata field. The granularity you need for the report you're building, nothing more.
Built in-house, battle-tested
ADAPTS is the tool we built because we needed it.
Before ADAPTS existed, we were managing link shorteners across multiple providers, manually tracking which links pointed where, and dreading the moment a client said "we updated the PDF." We built ADAPTS to solve our own problem: a link management system that understands destinations change, clients need isolation, and agencies need data they can actually export and use. It's been running in production across our client base, handling real campaigns with real print materials and real click tracking.
See it running, in 20 minutes.
